ST. JOHN’S, June 25, 2015 – Please note the following final details regarding the 2015 Summer Meeting of Canada’s Premiers taking place in St. John’s from July 15 to 17, 2015.
Media Accreditation
Media representatives who wish to attend the 2015 Summer Meeting of Canada’s Premiers must register online. To access the online registration system, please visit www.canadaspremiers.ca, click on the link for the 2015 Summer Meeting and click “Media Registration”. Media must register by July 15, 2015.
Individuals will be screened to ensure they are official media representatives. A photo-ID badge will be provided to all accredited media at the media centre during the following hours:
Media Centre – Fort William Ballroom A-B (lobby level)
Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland, 115 Cavendish Square, St. John’s
Thursday, July 16: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Friday, July 17: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
Media Centre
A media centre will be located in Fort William Ballroom A-B (lobby level) of the Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland. This room will be equipped with Internet access and power outlets. To access this room, media should enter the Sheraton Hotel through the main doors and turn left towards the media centre.
Satellite Truck Parking
Parking for large trucks is available at the Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland in the parking lot on the north side of the hotel. To arrange for parking, please contact Kevin Guest with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador at (709) 729-1983 or [email protected].
