Final Details of Council of the Federation Summer Meeting in Vancouver on July 20-22, 2011
July 14, 2011 – Please note the following final details regarding the 2011 Summer Meeting of the Council of the Federation (COF) taking place in Vancouver from July 20 -22, 2011.
Media Registration
Media representatives who wish to attend the 2011 Council of the Federation Summer Meeting must be accredited. A photo-ID badge will be provided to all accredited media at the media registration desk during the following hours:

Media Centre
A Media Centre will be located in Crystal Pavilion Ballroom A (Lobby level) of the Pan Pacific Hotel. This room will be equipped with Internet access, power outlets and television monitors.
Satellite Truck Parking
Parking for satellite trucks is very limited. To coordinate a live pool feed, please contact Nina Chiarelli with the Government of British Columbia at 250-387-0793 or nina.chiarelli@gov.bc.ca.
Dial-in Information
For media that are unable to travel, a dial-in option will be available for the closing news conference. Media will be able to pose questions, but precedence will be given to media on-site. Interested media are requested to dial-in by 1:10 pm on Friday, July 22 using the following numbers:
